• Workers nearby see the job and respond, and the employer compares profiles, experience, reviews and prices.
• The two sides agree directly — no middlemen and no commission.
• Afterwards they leave each other honest reviews.

Our principles

• Free for workers. Profiles, job search and responses are always free for workers.
• Only real data. Ratings and counters on the site come only from real reviews and real user activity.
• Safety. We check listings for signs of fraud and block violators. Never pay an employer for “paperwork”, a visa or training.
• Close to home. Search by region and district helps you find work without a long commute.
• Three languages. The platform works in Uzbek, Russian and English.
